THIS IS THE TITLE TO MY OPPORTUNITY OPT-IN STORY


Decide if you’re going to write about a transformation you’ve had, or your customer or clients have had; or about the transformation your potential customers could have as a result of your research.
Once you’ve decided who your story is going to be about, make sure your story meets these four criteria’s
1. It’s relevant to your customer experience product
2. It’s relatable
3. The results you reveal are unusual, unique or surprising
4. The results are desirable
Step 2 – Write The Story
And there’s 8 parts to the Opportunity Story.
First, use a ‘Before and After’ headline.
Second, acknowledge their situation by asking a question. For example, isn’t it frustrating when you want to have this experience, but you don’t know how?
Third, you then immediately Empathise with their situation
Fourth, what triggered the need to find the solution?
Fifth, how was the solution discovered, what action did you take?
Sixth, what was the solution you discovered.
Seventh, share the results either you or your customer experienced; or the results your potential customers could have from the findings of your research.
And finally eighth, have a call to action. Tell the reader to enter their name and email address to discover how you achieved those results.
Then the final Step 3 – Create The Offer
And to do that follow these 5 tips.
One, the offer should be written document in a PDF format
Two, the 1st page should be a personalised version of the before and after headline used at the beginning of your opportunity story. Along with a sub-headline reminding them why they want those results, what the benefit would be for them.
Three, repeat the opportunity story to remind them of what it was about, in case they don’t read it straight away.
Four, breakdown your information into actions steps, or tips.
And finally, have a call to action link in your document to give your potential customer the opportunity to take the ‘next step’ with your business.
